This is a list of teams who have placed 1st/2nd/3rd in State Office hosted events during the 2025 season! If you played ANY USSSA EVENT in Indiana and made a Championship Game your roster is eligible to sign-up!
Event Details
***Each player will receive 18 trading cards provided by Trading Cards Direct, an ALL-STATE ring and Certificate***
- Friday July 18th Indianapolis Sports Park:
- 4 pm – Gates open
- Player check-in to receive All-State Ring and Certificate
- 2025 Indiana All-State Shirts for Sale (while supplies last!)
- DJ will begin playing, Face Painters, Bounce houses, Kickball Games, Whiffle Ball Games, 360 Photo Booth, Snowie Ice, and more.
- 6:30pm – 7:00pm – Coaches only meeting in the upstairs Lounge
- All coaches for the event MUST ATTEND!
- 7:00 – 7:30 pm – Players meet their teammates and coaches and prepare strategies for Saturday game play.
- Saturday July 19th:
- 8:00 am. Let the games begin at ISP – MSC – CGLL
Tournament Details:
- Each player will wear their respective team uniform for game play.
- Players will be divided into teams based off positions they submit to the state office upon accepting and paying for their spot. The Indiana USSSA State office will form the teams.
- Each team will play 3 games on Saturday July 19th.
- Revised scheduled rain makeup date will be Sunday July 20th.
- Each player will receive 18 trading cards provided by Trading Cards Direct, an ALL-STATE ring and Certificate.
This is a non refundable event. We will do everything in our power to play games on Saturday/Sunday if weather occurs.

Rainout/Weather Refund Policies
***Unplayable games, inclement weather, power outages, or other acts of nature, vandalism, or acts out of our control: Entry fee credit towards future tournament at that specific facility/tournament director.
Entry fees are not refundable. Teams will receive credit towards a future tournament with the same complex and or tournament director. Credit issued does not apply to future USSSA State or World Series events. Credit is transferable (by listed team coach only) to another team in writing. Only one team credit can be used per entry. Credit may be used for the next future season (1 Year max) if team cannot compete or transfer credit during the current year season.

Indiana USSSA directors reserve the right to alter or modify or make rulings that are not particularly covered in these rules and regulations; or that management concurs are necessary to conduct the ongoing business. All Indiana USSSA management decisions are final.
***A team withdrawing from a tournament must give a minimum of a three (3) week notice prior to start date of the event to receive a future tournament credit. A team withdrawing from a SOLD OUT division in a
tournament will not receive a credit unless the tournament director can fill the spot that your team was
occupying.***
